5. Limitation of Liability
Agri Tower shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. We provide technical support to ensure the best results, but final yields are the responsibility of the grower.

7. Order Confirmation and Cancellation Orders are only considered confirmed after the booking process is completed and the initial payment is verified. Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. After 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply due to system preparation.
8. Shipping and Delivery Policy Agri Tower provides shipping across Egypt. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and system size (e.g., Agri Tower Solo vs Nova Indoor). We are committed to delivering our systems in perfect condition, and any damage during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
9. Warranty and Maintenance We provide a limited warranty on the mechanical and technical components of our systems. This warranty does not cover biological issues such as plant diseases or natural crop cycles, as these depend on the user’s management and environmental care.
